Having a partner with the full understanding of the necessary steps that it takes to make these cases very predictable is crucial.

At InterChrome we truly understand these critical steps and have the skills to make these cases both predictable and beautiful. Thousands of hours in CE courses from dentists like Frank Spear, Pete Dawson and Carl Misch, hundreds of full arch cases and a team dedicated to your success is what makes us the perfect fit for you.

Screw Retained Hybrid

Now providing chair side conversions with our one of a kind mobile support vehicle we like to call the “Labulance”.

The All-on-4® treatment concept provides edentulous and soon-to-be edentulous patients with a fixed full-arch prosthesis on four implants on the day of surgery. This quickly leads to improved patient satisfaction – with regards to function, aesthetics, sense, speech, and self-esteem.

By tilting the two posterior implants, longer implants can be used. This increases bone-to-implant contact and avoids vertical bone augmentation. In addition, the tilted implants can be anchored in better quality anterior bone, reduce cantilevers and help avoid important anatomical structures.

It’s an approach that is less invasive and cost intensive with patient and conventional implant restoration (based on more implants), more efficient for the clinician and, most importantly, is clinically validated to work.

Supported by almost 15 years of clinical success the All-on-4 treatment concept offers a reliable solution for patients looking to escape the discomfort that so often comes from wearing a removable denture.

Prettau Bridge

Now providing chair side conversions with our one of a kind mobile support vehicle we like to call the “Labulance.”

Zirkonzhan’s Prettua Zirconia provides unparalleled aesthetics for your Full Arch Implant Cases. Prettua Zirconia is the material of choice for frequently occurring problems like reduced available space, bruxism or ceramic shipping. It offers a functional and at the same time aesthetic solution.

Bar Retained Over Denture

Sometimes the best option for your patient is a removable device. In these cases the Bar Retained Over Denture is the best choice as it still allows the patient to remove the denture for cleaning while providing the strength and support of an implant. The horseshoe design eliminates the need for covering the palate. This implant treatment involves placement of 3-4 implants and the attachment of a customized bar.
