It’s not every day that we find one of the most forward thinking leaders in dentistry right here in our backyard. Hailing from Virginia Beach, Linda Miles is joining us at Interchrome Dental Lab for a half day workshop on Friday, April 6th, 2018, about some of her favorite topics. Specifically, how to stay on top of your game!
We often look for experts to bring meaningful content to our clients, especially those that are integrated into the lab and restorative side of things. But we thought, what better way to help our clients improve themselves and their practices than by hosting someone who has coached and consulted about dental success since the 1980’s, and is still a leader on the topic today!
Earlier in her career, Linda was a success in multiple businesses, that she sold in 2007 to now focus on Oral Cancer Cause (OCC), a non profit that creates awareness of early stage head and neck cancer, as well as provides assistance to oral cancer patients currently undergoing medical procedures who can’t eat, speak or work. She is also the author of a popular book, Miles To The Top: From Survival To Significance, which is a must-read for anyone who wants to find the courage to take risks, especially those who may struggle with confidence because of their humble beginnings.
We are so excited to have her join us for this unique event, and we’ll be diving further into issues that we know really affect dentists and their practices on a daily basis. She’ll talk about how to positively deal with change, and how to really view competition. She’ll enlighten us about 4 main weaknesses in today’s dental practices, and how quickly they can be overcome. She’ll discuss how to improve case acceptance, and share her secret weapon for doing so. And she’ll even speak to the future of dentistry and how to stay on the cutting edge.
So often, we can get bogged down with the everyday tasks of our profession, and every once in a while, if we can have someone help open our eyes to the bigger picture of what’s going on, and just refresh our perspective, we can enjoy success and fulfillment in a completely new way. We think Linda is going to give that to us, and more. If you are interested in joining us for this event, please call us at the lab to register 757-271-5811, as space is limited. The fee for attendance is $105 per person, and includes a signed copy of her book. Attending this event will also provide 4 hours of CE for AGD subject code 550 – Practice Management. We hope to see you there!
