Eddi and five of our technicians recently traveled to Raleigh, NC to attend caLABrate, the iTero certification training program for dental labs. This was great team building for our group and a two-day experience that was fun and helped us understand proper scanning techniques needed for an intraoral scan to ensure a successful workflow in the lab. This program has given us the tools to be a better lab partner to our clients with the ability to share a better customer experience from dental office to lab workflow integration with a great end result for their patients!
