Meet The Owners: Eddi and Lisa Von Schlichting

Eddi and Lisa were born and raised in Pretoria, South Africa. They met in the late eighties while Lisa was studying to be a teacher and Eddi was studying dental technology. Once they had both graduated, they got married in 1990 and by 1997 they had three beautiful children. In 2002 they made the move to the USA filled with excitement in search of the American Dream!

Inter-Chrome Dental Lab was born at the end of 2009. Eddi and Lisa started the journey with the mission to become a highly respected high-end dental lab serving dentists and their patients, and a vision to create a business culture where employees feel valued, respected, uplifted, nurtured and part of a team.

Almost 15 years later Eddi and Lisa continue to feel blessed with the team that has evolved over the years to embrace Inter-Chrome’s mission and vision. Together they have embraced the digital age of dentistry and formed valuable lasting relationships in the dental world that continue to propel the lab forward.

Inter-Chrome’s technicians are highly skilled and they are passionate about helping their clients succeed. Eddi is extensively trained in all aspects of dental lab procedures and specializes in full mouth reconstruction involving fixed removable and implant retained restorations. He is a registered CDT and has over 30 years of experience as a Dental Technician.

Lisa manages the day to day running of the lab and of course, “loves on the team”. Their well being is our well being!
