National Food Bank Day
On Friday, September 3rd, our country recognized National Food Bank Day! In the United States millions of individuals and children face hunger and food insecurity every day.
In honor of this day and in support of our community, Inter-Chrome team members came together to collect non-perishable items for our local food pantry! We are so excited to be able to directly impact our community and help those in need.

TREATS FOR TROOOPS
In honor of Veterans Day this Thursday, Inter-Chrome Dental Lab is collecting items to send to the troops of Blue Star Families of Richmond.
As we walk through this season of giving, our lab would appreciate your help and support in preparing a box of goodies for our troops. We will be collecting items off of the list below until next week
Tuesday, November 16.
We will ship all collected items out on Wednesday, November 17, where the Blue Star Families of Richmond Chapter will create the care packages for our troops. *Letters and cards of support are also welcome!*

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD

Christmas is around the corner and what better way to prepare our hearts for this joyous season than to fill a shoe box for a child!
Samaritans Purse hosts Operation Christmas Child and each year our lab is excited to participate with help from our local dental community. This year we will be distributing empty shoeboxes with instructions, throughout the month of October and will be collecting filled shoeboxes in early November.
We will be delivering boxes to our participating clients during the last week of October into early November. Please call us if you would like to participate and we will gladly deliver boxes to you.
Once again we will be sponsoring the $9 postage charge per box.

ORAL CANCER AWARENESS MONTH!

Interchrome has partnered with several local & national organizations in the realm of oral cancer awareness, including a local fitness club, Unify, & the Oral Cancer Cause, headed by our friend Linda Miles.
A lot of attention is paid to oral cancer during the month of April, and as it winds down we want to continue to bring awareness to the fact that your general dentist can help you diagnose oral cancer suspicions! If you have a friend or family member that has even an inkling of a place in the mouth that feels abnormal for any length of time, encourage them to get to a screening, it may just save their life.
